Hosted collection pages

A page we host and style, at a URL you can put in an email, a QR code or a receipt. The fastest way to start collecting, and it needs no code at all.

Collection → Pages → New page.

Settings

Field Effect
Slug The last part of the URL
Kind Testimonial or feedback — changes the wording throughout
Headline The first thing the visitor reads
Intro text A sentence or two of context
Collect rating Show 1–5 stars
Collect video Offer a recorder as well as a text box — see Video
Active Switch the page off without deleting it

Deactivating a page stops it accepting anything, immediately. It is the switch to use when a campaign ends — the URL stops working rather than quietly collecting into a queue nobody reads.

What the visitor gets

A single-purpose page: your headline, the fields you enabled, a consent checkbox, and nothing else competing for attention. It works without JavaScript for the typed path — video needs JS, because recording does.

The consent checkbox is the important one. Its wording is the consent record we store, and it changes when a video is attached, because agreeing to show your words and agreeing to show your face are not the same agreement.

Anti-abuse

Handled for you: a hidden decoy field, a minimum fill time, per-IP rate limits, per-project caps, and optional reCAPTCHA v3. None of it asks the visitor to prove anything or click a puzzle.

Email addresses are checked against a disposable-domain blocklist and for a working mail exchanger. A typo like gmial.com is refused while the person is still on the page — which is the only moment they can fix it, and it keeps your sending reputation clean.
